White Wolf Territory LTD d/b/a MoreSignedDeals ("we") provides MoreSignedDeals, a pricing application for home-services sales teams, under these terms. The "customer" is the company that subscribes; "users" are its team members.
The application calculates prices from the customer's own price book, discounts, and commission settings. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of its price book and settings, and for every price its users present. The application is a pricing tool; it is not a customer-relationship, financing, or accounting system, and it does not submit financing applications.
The customer's manager administers its accounts and is responsible for deactivating users who leave. Users keep their passwords to themselves.
Fees are an annual license fee plus a one-time setup fee, in the amounts quoted to the customer in writing before signup, invoiced annually in advance. If an invoice is unpaid 30 days after its due date, we may suspend the account after written notice. The customer's data remains exportable during suspension.
The customer's price book, jobs, and settings belong to the customer. We claim no ownership of them, and we will not use them for any purpose other than operating the service for that customer. Exports are available as described in the Privacy Policy.
The application is designed to work offline for quoting; some features (sign-in checks, manager sync) require a connection. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is available by email at support@moresigneddeals.com, answered within one business day.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to the customer's manager at least 30 days before they take effect.
